The artworks will be received within 10 working days, although the service can be provided within 28 days after the online purchase.
We take extensive measures to ensure our pieces arrive in perfect condition for our customers. If any piece arrives damaged, please take photographs of both the exterior and interior of the package, as well as the damaged piece, and contact us at info@pottgallery.com.
We ship from Spain, but we do not send certain pieces to specific countries. There's a risk of these pieces arriving damaged to our customers during long transports.
